  Issuer:Consumer Direct Lending Services, LLC
Credit requirement:
A Universal Cash Advance loan is a loan of $100 to $500, made by a lender that you agree to repay in a short period of time. You repay the loan by voluntarily preauthorizing an electronic withdrawal from your checking account for the full amount of money owed, to include applicable finance charges, typically on your next payday.

How do I apply for a Universal Cash Advance loan?
The first step is to fill out an application by clicking here. If you elect to apply by fax, you will need to print out the application and sign it. Next, fax the application back to us with a recent pay stub, benefits check, or other income documents; a recent bank statement; and a voided check or deposit slip. We will review your application and will call you if you are approved or if we need more information from you. Upon approval, we will fax you the loan documents to sign and fax back to us.

How does a cash advance work?
After you are approved for the loan, typically the next business day, the amount of the loan is electronically deposited into your bank account and is available to you unless applied to an outstanding obligation. On your loan due date (typically your next payday), the amount of the loan plus applicable finance charges are deducted electronically from your bank account. You may have the opportunity to apply for a loan refinance shortly before your loan is due in case you find you cannot repay the loan on the due date.

What if I have bad credit?
Because you have regular income and agree to pay back your cash advance in a short time, we are usually able to lend you money even if you have credit problems. Click here to view the loan requirements.

What fees apply to this cash advance?
The fees for the advance are based on the amount of money borrowed and the number of days you borrow it for. The documents we send you after you are approved will provide detailed information about fees.

When do I have to pay back my cash advance?
Generally, you must pay the loan back, including applicable finance charges, on your next payday. You may be able to apply for refinancing in which you may pay the current finance charge due and refinance the loan until your next payday. If you would like to refinance, you must contact us by 6:00pm Eastern Time the day before your loan due date.
